At The Heritage Inn, we make it simple to join our group of contented residents. There are no lifetime deposits, no long term leases, and no complicated rate structures to decipher. Peace of mind comes to our residents at affordable rates. A comfortable residence, three delicious meals daily, 24-hour personal care assistance, weekly housekeeping and linen services, medication administration as well as therapeutic, recreational and social activities are included for both Assisted Living and Memory Care.

The admission process is simple. Once you have decided that The Heritage Inn is the community of choice, you will be assessed by our Director of Nursing. You'll then schedule an appointment with your doctor of choice to have a history and physical completed along with a TB screening. The necessary forms can be found below.
