Testimonials

To Whom It May Concern:

After looking at four different facilities, I was very impressed by the tour and the staff here at the Heritage Inn; no confusing tiers or levels of care to contend with, just good caring people. I've always been apprehensive about transitioning my dad to assisted living, but after being here just a month or two, he and I felt like he was just at home. It's been seven months now and all of my expectations have been exceeded. The nursing staff seems to take a personal interest in my father's well being. If there are any irregularities, I am notified promptly. When visiting there are always activities taking place—things that seem exercise not only one's body but their mind as well.

Derek, the chef, and his staff serve food that is worth going out of your way for. I feel privileged to eat here. The dining hall is exceptional with the pretty views. Living over 4 hours away, I no longer cringe when the phone rings because' know my dad is in good hands.

The building is very dean and has a homey, warm feel to it. That is definitely reinforced by the girls who make me feel included during my visits. The facility sells itself, but I can't say enough about the staff. If you are considering moving your loved one, the Heritage Inn gets two thumbs up from me.

Dear Sir or Madam:

Watching a beloved family member slip away into the realm of Alzheimer's is very sad. Without the caring staff at Heritage Inn, this journey would be much harder.

Lisa Knipple has used her knowledge and experience in caring for seniors to make my aunt's life comfortable and meaningful. She has conferred with my aunt's physician to provide the best medical answers. She provides loving hugs and caring words to the residents at Heritage Inn. She is always available to assist family members with the care of their loved ones.

A kind and caring home-like atmosphere is furnished by the staff. Their patience is amazing and they truly care about the residents.

Heritage Inn provides a bridge on a journey for the residents.

Sincerely,

~ Anne P. M.

Lisa, I want you to know how much I and my family appreciate the extraordinary care you and your staff provided for mom the past 5 months. You have always taken time to discuss any issue with concern and in a professional pleasant manner. I have been in and out of your facility at all times of the day and night and have always found it neat, peaceful and comfortable. Mom mentioned many times how well she was treated by you and your staff. She complimented the chef many times and commented how she had gained a few pounds due to the quality meals served. Mom could be very demanding at times and for her to pay these compliments, really said a lot.

I really appreciate being kept informed by phone calls on any and all issues which arose, which with mom, were many. It is great to know our seniors are being cared for by individuals such as yourself and staff. Please give a special thanks to Kelly for all she did for mom. She is fantastic working with the residents and families.

Many thanks to all and we will miss you. Keep up the great work!
