The Heritage Inn Assisted Living Community consists of two beautifully designed, single story buildings that cater to seniors that require assistance with activities of daily living but do not need skilled health care services. Our Assisted Living building is a 28-unit, 44 bed community that shares its campus with DayBreak, a 16 unit, 22 bed community which offers specialized programs for residents with Alzheimer’s and other related dementias.
We provide seniors with individualized care and assistance in a home-like setting, while maintaining their maximum independence. Every resident will find a unique mix of security and wellness; privacy and companionship; and physical and social well being.
We strive to create a comfortable environment for our residents and their families. We will work with the residents to meet their needs by customizing our services for them. Residents can enjoy a variety of amenities and services including:
